Signing up and participating in the Saranac Lake Hootenanny as a Performer provides Twolined Studio LLC the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all video or photos taken during the event to be used in and/or for any lawful purpose. 

This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or later discovered.

This authorization shall continue indefinitely.

The Signee waives the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which subject’s likeness appears.

By participating in The Saranac Lake Hootenanny, and as a form of payment, the Signee will receive an Unlimited Use License to download, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any video or audio of the Signee’s performance that has been published and shared by Twolined Studio LLC.

The Signee agrees that the subject has been compensated for this use of the Signee’s likeness or has otherwise agreed to this release without being compensated. The Signee waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the video. 

The Signee understands and agrees that these materials shall become the property of Twolined Studio LLC and will not be returned.

The Signee hereby holds harmless and releases Twolined Studio LLC from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which the Signee, the Signee’s heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on the Signee’s behalf or on behalf of their estate.
